Uninsured or Underinsured?
Every Woman's Life Helps the Under-Insured and Uninsured
The Virginia Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (BCCEDP), also known as Every Woman's Life, contracts with screening sites throughout Virginia to provide free mammograms, clinical breast exams, Pap tests and pelvic exams to women who qualify. Komen Roanoke supports the local EWL Center with grants. Over 100 Roanoke Valley women have received mammograms through this local center.
